I’m looking at a pretty busy weekend coming up, with three projects for school due in the next two weeks (including medium and large format film!!! Woot), at least one photoshoot with a model with others pending, Halloween festivities, a mini-gallery Matt and myself are organizing. so I’m not too sure I’ll have time for another blog any time quick

The zombie walk hit downtown Victoria today. Bloodthirsty brain eating, mindless corpses roamed throughout the city taking over the Bay Center and Legislature in it’s path of wreckage. Traffic was stopped several times as the zombies disregarded any order or law. The zombie walk has been around in different cities for years now with annual occurrences near Halloween. The original shock that the zombie walk used to have has worn off a bit with bystanders laughing and acting along instead of reacting in terror as they once did.

It is always very interesting working with a real person with emotion instead of snapping picture of a rider whipping past me on a bike trail or mountainside.

This week I had fun working with Riley in downtown Victoria. She is the first person I’ve worked with who actually has experience modeling, and it was extremely fun having a subject with that kind of background.
