I used to shoot film. I shot 35mm, it was the only thing I really shot for over a year (with a digital point and shoot on the side) and ever since my film shooting faded away as I got more into digital I’ve wanted to shoot it again. I still have a half shot roll of film sitting in my old pentax 35mm camera that has been collecting dust.

My love for film has been rekindled after an assignment from a teacher which had to be shot on a Pentax 645 using 120 film. Since handing in the project I have already shot two more rolls of film using my school’s camera on Saltspring island (more on that later), and I’m sure you’ll be seeing more shots from film on here in the future.
