What do you suggest that would be better? The smoke and beer were unfortunately not all in one shot, which is against my religion. If i had the patience to get half drunk, bloated, light headed from hyperventilation and smoke inhalation, cold, and frustrated I would have (and could have) made it happen all in one shot. After the third night going through that type of drama i called it quits and decided to push pixels in the pain cave.
