Reuben Krabbe Photography is responsible for developing and updating this document to meet current mandated requirements as advised by, BC Provincial Health Office, and WorkSafe BC.

The following protocols are in place to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 when performing photography and video shoots.

  • Anyone ill is not permitted to be on shoot

  • Anyone who has travelled must self-quarantine for 14 days prior to arriving on campus

  • Anyone who has come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, must self-quarantine for 14 days prior to arriving on shoot.

  • Physical distancing of 2 meters to be maintained, as advised by the Provincial Health Officer

  • Number of total crew and talent should be less than 10 people

  • Use trick photography to make interactions look intimate without getting in close proximity, or use actors from a single bubble/cohort.

To ensure the safety of all involved in a photoshoot, I will:

  • Move forward with a photoshoot only if I have no symptoms of Covid-19 or have not been knowingly exposed to Covid-19 in the last 14 days

  • Initiate a Covid safety talk prior at the beginning of the photoshoot

  • Transport only the items that are needed for the shoot

  • Sanitize my equipment prior photoshoot

  • Sanitize hands intermittently during photography

  • Wear a protective face mask

  • Practice social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between myself and others

  • Advocate for our own health by reserving the right to leave or suspend the appointment should any aspect be perceived as unsafe, at the possible expense myself or hiring client.
